Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Realty Mastery, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible learning and service experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID, payment receipt, or transaction details).
Refunds are applicable only for eligible products/services as mentioned below.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Certain products and services are non-refundable:

Downloadable software, digital files, or online course content once accessed.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Services already utilized (such as completed consultation sessions, webinars, or workshops).
Discounted or sale items.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received, our team will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking via Razorpay).
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the mentioned time frame:

Check your bank/UPI account again.
Contact your credit card company/bank (it may take additional time to post).
If you have completed all steps and still not received the refund, please email us at join@realtymastery.in.

5. Cancellations

Orders or subscriptions may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been availed or course access has not been initiated.
Once course login or digital content access is granted, cancellations are not possible.
